eKalyan Scholarship

The Jharkhand Government's eKalyan Scholarship scheme is aimed at providing financial assistance to students from economically weaker sections of the society. This scholarship is open to students belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC) pursuing post-matric education.

The eKalyan portal facilitates the entire scholarship process, from application submission to the disbursal of funds. Students can track their application status and receive scholarship payments directly into their bank accounts.

Who Can Apply?

• 1. The applicant must be a resident of Jharkhand.
• 2. The student must belong to the SC/ST/OBC category.
• 3. Family income should not exceed ₹2.5 lakhs per annum for SC/ST and ₹1.5 lakhs for OBC.
• 4. The student must be enrolled in a recognized institution for post-matric education (class 11 or higher).

How to Apply?

• 2. Register as a new user or log in with your existing credentials.
• 3. Fill out the scholarship application form with your personal and academic details.
• 4. Upload the required documents such as income certificate, caste certificate, and bank account details.
• 5. Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
